We don’t set any cookies ourselves and don’t use analytics or advertising services.

Visiting this website

To deliver and secure the website, our hosting provider Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs. We do this based on our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. Netlify may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. These logs are kept briefly.

Reservations

When you book a table, we use your name, contact details, party size, date and any notes to manage your reservation and keep you informed about it. We need this to make the reservation with you. We don’t keep these details longer than needed for your reservation and our records.

Our reservation system Tebi processes these details on our behalf. Tebi’s reservation button loads on every page, so Tebi also receives technical data about your visit. We do this based on our legitimate interest in offering online reservations.

Contacting us

If you email or call us, we only use your details to reply and don’t keep them longer than needed for that.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Just contact us. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
